About Barry Frey

Established in 1972, Frey & Son Homes, managed by Barry Frey, garners accolades for the design and construction of luxury homes in Southwest Florida communities such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Frey’s company holds honors including Builder Magazine’s America’s Best Builder Award, Custom Home Magazine’s Award for Excellence in Production, and nomination as one of Professional Builder Magazine’s 50 top names in building. At the helm of the venture, seasoned professional Barry Frey strives to uphold the highest standards of customer service, architecture, and quality construction. Barry Frey currently oversees several other companies and remains active in the real estate industry through membership with the Florida Realtors, the Naples Area Board of REALTORS, the Collier County Builders and Contractors Association, and the Lee Building Industry Association.

Barry Frey laid the foundation for success as a business owner at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business. In addition to heading the construction of more than 1,000 specialized homes, he also leverages his knowledge of business administration in several other capacities. He acts as President of Tarp Properties, LLC, a group that acquires and renovates neglected properties in Collier County. Skilled at identifying promising business opportunities, Barry Frey leads another similar business, Tarp BEF LLC, and manages Turn Key Homes. In the latter role, he employs his expertise in supervising all aspects of waterfront residential property construction in the Cape Coral area.

Outside of beautifying Florida through luxury home development, Barry Frey contributes to his community and the world as a donor to groups including The Shelter for Abused Women and Children, The LOGOS Ministry, and United Way Worldwide.
